The per-label fee and Rollo Rewards

Your first 200 labels have no label fee. This allowance is lifetime and once per account; it does not reset each month. After your first 200 labels, the label fee is 5¢ per label. As you reach higher Rollo Rewards levels, it drops, down to 1¢ per label. Rollo Rewards lists each level and its per-label fee.

  • Levels: Newbie and Basic, once reached, are kept for life. Pro, Expert and VIP are based on a 90-day window.
  • Earn points faster: funding your wallet by bank transfer earns 3x Rewards points. Card funding earns 1x.
  • Your own carrier accounts: the label fee also applies to FedEx® and Purolator® labels bought on your own connected account.

Shipping from Canada? On Canadian accounts, Rollo Rewards per-label fees run 5¢ CAD down to 1¢ CAD by Rewards level, the same amounts as the US, charged in Canadian cents with no currency conversion. U.S. accounts are charged in USD.

Postage

Postage is the carrier's charge, paid separately from the label fee. Rollo Ship shows rates side by side before you buy, sorted by best value, lowest price or fastest delivery.

  • U.S.: UPS® and USPS® labels are built in, with discounted rates. Connect your own FedEx® account to use your own negotiated rates, with no Rollo discount.
  • Canada: UPS® and Canada Post labels are built in, with discounted rates. Connect your own FedEx® or Purolator® account to use your own negotiated rates, with no Rollo discount.

Rollo Ship Summary screen listing carrier services with Best value, Economic and Fastest tabs, totals for Shipping, Taxes and fees, Platform fee and Total, and the Buy label button.

Summary: Shipping is the carrier's postage, Platform fee is the per-label fee, and Total is what you pay for the label.

Postage is paid from your wallet. If your balance can't cover a label, add funds in Billing first. Rates can change, and a carrier can re-rate a label after purchase.

Pickups

Free USPS® pickups can be scheduled in Rollo Ship for shipments from the USA. UPS® pickups can be scheduled in Rollo Ship in the US and Canada; UPS sets the pickup fee (Rollo adds no markup), and it depends on the pickup date you choose. Canada Post, FedEx® and Purolator® pickups can't be booked in Rollo Ship; book them directly with the carrier.

Pickups in Canada: UPS lists pickup fees in Canada from about CA$1.75 to CA$6, depending on the pickup day and how it's booked; residential pickups add a CA$5.05 surcharge. Check the official 2026 UPS Canada rates before you rely on these figures. Canada Post pickups are booked with Canada Post, and the pickup fee shows when you book with them.

Returns

Return labels are charged at full price when you create them. To create one, open the shipment's Shipment Details and click Create return, or use Quick Return.
