Set up your Rollo USB.
Install the Rollo USB driver and connect the printer to your computer with the USB cable. Follow the Rollo USB setup guide if this is your first time.Create a free Rollo Ship account.
On the same computer, go to ship.rollo.com/signup. Choose United States or Canada; your country sets the currency for rates and inventory (USD or CAD).Add a shipment or import orders.
For a one-off label, enter the ship-from and ship-to addresses, package weight, and dimensions. For store orders, connect a selling channel and import orders so addresses arrive ready to ship.Compare rates and choose a service.
Rollo Ship shows discounted rates from multiple carriers side by side, including dimensional weight where it applies. Preview rates first with the shipping calculator if you like.Fund your Rollo Ship Wallet.
Open Billing from the profile menu, click ADD next to your balance, choose an amount and a payment method (card or ACH), and confirm. Postage and any label fee are deducted from the wallet.

- Only an 8.5″ × 11″ PDF: Print just the label portion using Adobe Acrobat's print-portion option. This works for occasional shipments; for regular volume, Rollo Ship outputs a true 4×6 label.
